Administration-Promotions part time role available

Administrator and Networking/Promotions Co-ordinator – paid position - 8 hours per week

Women of Worth is looking for an ‘experienced and skilled’ Administrator to provide Administration and PA support for our team.  This person needs to be ‘action orientated’, have strong computing skills [word; excel; powerpoint]; excellent written and oral communication skills, a positive and professional ‘can do’ attitude, willing to do a range of tasks, and passionate about supporting Women of Worth’s vision and purpose. 

We require someone with strong networking and presentation skills who can support the visibility and growth of Women of Worth and the Move Up programmes.  This person would also assist the Manager with overseeing the Networking/Promotions Volunteer Team.  Email theteam@wow.org.nz for an application form.  

Farewell and Thank You's

Sadly we farewell Tina Park who has supported Women of Worth for a number of years with developing our website and promotional material.  We appreciate all her efforts and wish her well on her next venture.

We also farewell Marie O'Brien who has been a valuable and proud supporter of Women of Worth since our beginning.  Marie has supported in many ways including providing delicious morning teas, looking after our environment, supporting the delivery of the programme and mentoring our participants.  We appreciate all her efforts and wish her well on her move north.

We want to welcome Morag Housiaux as our Lead Facilitator and Programme Developer.

Get to know Morag...

In the last 15 years, she has worked in the Private Training Establishment with at-risk youth and sole parents. She has worked alongside Government Agencies developing and supporting people.

Morag also has 15 years of experience in the hospitality field.

She is married to Mike for 11 years and has two beautiful daughters - 10 and 2.5 years old.
